Plumbing


The Plumbing Department specializes in servicing, maintaining, repairing, and installing residential, light commercial and industrial plumbing systems and apparatuses, providing customers with custom solutions to meet or exceed their expectations for their family’s health, safety, comfort, and convenience.

Air Conditioning


AC Service Department is responsible for providing high-quality service to customers by repairing, maintaining. Moreover, we perform regular maintenance on the systems to keep them running efficiently and prolong their lifespan. However, if needed we will replace their air conditioning units. We take care of the customers by providing phenomenal technical and sales support to our customers. 

Electric


The Art Electrical Team is responsible for providing quality residential, multifamily, and commercial Electrical service and installation. This includes assessing our customers current electrical emergency or upgrade needs. Providing the proper solutions to fulfill those needs. Finally, preforming high quality, professional, installation to our customers for a safe, healthy, and functional electrical system.

Art Rooter Sewer and Drain Cleaning 

We specializes in providing sewer and drain cleaning services to our customers. We unclog blocked drains, inspect pipes, make repairs, and offer permanent solutions to prevent future issues. We are specialized in working with residential sewer lines.

Art Multi-Family Department 

We specializes in plumbing repairs, replacement and maintenance for high occupancy dwellings (apartment complexes). Anything from a clogged toilet, backflow inspection or repair all the way to an eight inch water main repair. The multifamily team can handle it.

Generators


Art Plumbing, Air Conditioning & Electric can help you keep the lights on with our reliable generator supply and services. We are proud to be a Generac authorized dealer with SELECT DEALER status. We are fully licensed and equipped to sell, install, and service Generac generators. This includes standby and portable generators for home and commercial use. We are a proud leading electrical service in the South Florida area and our skilled team of technicians is ready to assist you with any generator needs.

Contact Center


To handle all customer service requests, comments and concerns and delegate to the appropriate department for either scheduling or concerns. They take inbound and make outbound calls daily to fill the board with new opportunities.

Dispatch


The essential functions of the Dispatcher are to organize, prioritize and equally divide the incoming customer jobs to available Field Technicians. This department is aware of the importance of Field Technician incentive programs and ensures fair and equitable distribution as well as proper documentation of each job.

Art’s Total Home Service Solutions Department


Is responsible for maintaining customer service plans, selling memberships, and building customer relations, moreover we are also responsible for scheduling inspection for all Business Units.

Permits



To file plumbing, electrical and mechanical permits with the cities within the tri-country area on work being or to be performed at a customer’s home to the standards of the city or state. They schedule the inspections for customer with the cities to close out their permit for work we provided.



Trade Administrator


To be the voice of the department in handling customer concerns or issues in order to properly make sure customer care is a priority. To help make sure jobs have a smooth transition from booked to completed.

Accounting



The Accounting Department is responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of the company. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, processing invoices and payments, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and laws.

 

Warehouse




The Warehouse Department of Art Plumbing, AC and Electric is responsible for keeping our inventory accurate and available. We are the ones who keep our trucks stocked to perform any dispatched call. We make sure all requested materials are pulled, received, and staged. Also, we run jobsite deliveries as needed to contribute and ensure the success of our business.

Purchasing



The Purchasing Department of Art Plumbing, AC and Electric is responsible for gathering all material needed to perform any of our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. We work directly with our vendors to get the best possible prices on the products offered to our customers. We are also responsible for the accuracy of all material costs in our invoices.

Fleet Dept: To Maintain all Art Plumbing & Electric Vehicles to highest industry standards to promote our brand as the worlds greatest company, while keeping our purpose partners safe and efficient as possible while meeting the needs of our drivers.
